You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days from when your order ships.
Peyma Mega shine, hi-shine, balloon glow and hi-float are not returnable items, unless they are damaged.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded.

Defective claims on Mylar/Foil balloons not inflated with a proper Mylar/Foil inflator will not qualify for a refund.
Seasonal product may not qualify for a refund. That includes any items in the Holiday categories, or balloons associated with a short period or event one time a year.
THE ORDER NUMBER IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
We ONLY allow exchanges within 7 days of purchased.
A refund will only be issued for items that are in new, unopened and unused condition. Refunds do not include the shipping charge shown on the packing slip and invoice. We absorb a percentage of the original shipping cost to ship the package to you. A restocking fee matching the actual shipping cost we pay our carriers will be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns. A 15% restocking may apply for change of mind returns. The shipping charge for your return must be prepaid and insured (optional) by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during your return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return shipment. The shipping charge for returns will not be refunded. If an item that is claimed to be defective is then found to not be defective by us once we receive it back, a store credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping cost that we were charged by the courier, and the return shipping cost that we were charged by the courier. Any amounts refunded for your item(s) being returned will not include the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requested.
